APacCHRIE（Asia Pacific Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education）は、アジア太平洋地域におけるホスピタリティ・ツーリズム教育分野の研究者・教育者が集う国際的な学術ネットワークです。

2026年5月28日から31日に、APacCHRIE 2026国際会議が、立命館大学大阪いばらきキャンパスおよびスイスホテル南海大阪を会場として開催されました。
本会議は、ホスピタリティ教育の世界トップ校の１つとして知られる香港理工大学ホテル観光経営学部（School of Hotel and Tourism Management：SAHTM）とRBS観光マネジメント専攻を共同ホストとして開催され、観光マネジメント専攻の教員や修了生のほか、現役院生が運営に参画しました。

会議には、アジア太平洋地域をはじめ世界各国から多数の研究発表が寄せられ、235の大学・組織から700名を超える研究者、教育者、実務家、学生が参加し、日本で開催されたホスピタリティ・ツーリズム分野の国際的な学術会議としては、最大規模のものとなりました。

期間中は研究発表、パネルセッション、ネットワーキングイベント等が行われ、ホスピタリティ・ツーリズム分野における最新の研究成果や実践的知見について活発な議論が交わされました。
