RITA-LABO※1: Research and development of instructional method to teach Inamori’s management philosophy
Opened as a subordinate organization of the Ritsumeikan Inamori Philosophy Research Center, RITA-LABO serves as a platform of research for a shift to a new instructional method for elementary and secondary schools by learning from the idea of Rita or “altruism” and the Amoeba Management system. RITA-LABO also aims to offer opportunities for mutual learning of diverse educational activities undertaken at schools, communities and companies from the perspective of educational research, and contribute to creating and implementing new educational initiatives through interactions. We hope to make “Rita” an internationally recognized word by advocating a shift to “Rita-based” education, first locally, and then nationwide and eventually, globally.
