新型コロナウイルスの影響により、2022年4月入学予定者向け 奨学金オリエンテーションは開催されません。
オリエンテーションのガイダンス動画を、学部生向け、大学院生向けにそれぞれ公開しましたので、奨学金を希望される場合は参考にしてください。

●Those who applied during the first application window may not apply a second time. Those who received a recommendation via the first application window (as announced on manaba+R on Jan 26th) should check their bank account deposit history for a deposit made by “ガクセイトウキンキユウキユウフキン”.
●Those who applied during the first application window whose recommendations are on hold will be reviewed once more according to their information provided during the first application window. Therefore, such students do not need to apply again during this second call for applications. Of those students, however, if any are required to submit a new application due to problems with their original application, etc., they will be notified individually by the university.
●JASSO Scholarship Loan recipients must apply in order to potentially receive this emergency financial support. Such students who did not apply during the first window must apply this time around in order to be considered.
●This second call for applications is also the final call for applications. Those who wish to be considered for the award of this financial support must apply by the deadline.

The “Student Emergency Aid for Continuance of Studies” is a support program directed at students experiencing financial difficulties due to the continued effects of the global COVID-19 pandemic.

　Between 2 am and 6：30 am　every day except Wednesdays
　Between Wednesday 19:30 pm and Thursday 9:00 am
　

[Notes]
●The application period specified by the government is quite short, and the university must process a significant number of applications during that time. Replying to student inquiries will greatly slow down the process, so instead of inquiring, all students are asked to read the guidelines and decide for themselves if they have any uncertainties regarding the application.
●The university will be closed from 12/28～1/5 for winter vacation. No inquiries will be replied to during this time.
●Applications made anywhere but the designated online form will NOT be processed. Please also note that applications cannot be submitted via post.
●Ritsumeikan students cannot apply via the LINE option arranged by MEXT. Apply from the online application at the link above, only.
