千葉 雅也 CHIBA Masaya
表象領域教授：哲学・表象文化論・文学
Professor in the Field of Representation.
Philosophy,
Culture and Representaion Studies, Litterature and Creative Writing
20世紀後半のフランス哲学および人文社会系理論、特にジル・ドゥルーズ、ジャック・デリダ等、また精神分析理論を専門とする。哲学的思考と日常の実践、芸術活動を架橋する試みを行ってきた。著書に『動きすぎてはいけない——ジル・ドゥルーズと生成変化の哲学』（河出文庫、第4回紀伊國屋じんぶん大賞、第5回表象文化論学会賞）、『ツイッター哲学』（河出文庫）、『勉強の哲学』（文春文庫）、『現代思想入門』（講談社現代新書）、『センスの哲学』（文藝春秋）など。2019年より小説作品も発表しており、それによって「書くこと一般」、人間の言語活動をめぐる考察を行っている。主な作品に『デッドライン』（新潮文庫、第41回野間文芸新人賞）、『オーバーヒート』（新潮文庫、併録「マジックミラー」第45回川端康成文学賞）、『エレクトリック』（新潮社）などがある。
My research focuses mainly on late 20th century French thought (particularly the work of Gilles Deleuze,
Jacques Derrida etc.) and on psychoanalytic theory. Over the years, I have worked to link philosophy with
everyday life and artistic practices.
My principal studies include Don't Move Too Much: Gilles Deleuze and the Philosophy of Becoming
(Kawade Bunko, recipient of the 4th Kinokuniya Humanities Award and the 5th Association for Studies of
Culture and Representation Prize), A Twitter Philosophy (Kawade Bunko), Philosophy of Study
(Bunshun Bunko), Introduction to Contemporary Thought (Kodansha Gendai Shinsho, 2023 Shinsho Grand
Prize), and A Philosophy of Sense (Bungeishunju).
Since 2019, I have also been publishing novels, through which I reflect on "writing in general" and on human
linguistic activity. My debut novel Deadline (Shincho Bunko) won the 41st Noma Literary New Face
Prize; Overheat (Shincho Bunko) pairs the title story with "Magic Mirror," which received the 45th
Kawabata Yasunari Prize for Literature.
