比較政治経済分野では、日本の労働市場改革および不安定雇用に関する比較政治分析を行っています。また、バブル崩壊後の日本経済停滞に関する政治経済的分析も行っています。国際政治経済分野では、Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) や Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) など、アジア太平洋地域における経済統合の政治学的分析を行っています。また、ポピュリズムに基づく”Brexit” や “America First” など、地域・国際経済統合の後退についても、米中貿易摩擦に関連する先端半導体など経済安全保障の観点も含め分析しています。
