9月7日からの図書館利用について(Japanese / English)

 6月1日以降、事前予約制による図書館利用としておりましたが、現状の利用状況に鑑み、下記の期間中、事前予約および入替制を休止します。開館時間中は自由にご利用いただけます。これまで行っている図書の郵送などの図書館サービス内容に変更はありません。利用者の皆さんにおかれましては、図書館利用上の注意事項を遵守し、引き続き感染拡大防止に努めていただくようご協力をお願いします。
 なお、期間終了後の利用方法については、追ってHPでお知らせします。

1.実施期間

2020年9月7日(月)~ 9月25日(金)

2.対象者

立命館大学に在籍する学部学生・大学院生(研究⽣・研修⽣・法務専修⽣含む)・教員・職員

3.対象となる図書館

平井嘉一郎記念図書館、修学館リサーチライブラリー、人文系文献資料室、 メディアセンター、メディアライブラリー、OICライブラリー、 朱雀リサーチライブラリー

4.開館時間

平日10:00~17:00 (土日祝は休館)

5.来館利用の条件について(重要)

  • 来館前の各自での健康チェック(検温を含む)が済んでいなければ、入館することはできません。入館利用する際にはマスクの着用も必須です。
  • 入館・退館時、資料および検索端末の利用後には手洗い、アルコールでの手指消毒を行うなど、感染予防に努めてください。
  • 座席はソーシャルディスタンスを保つため、使用できない席にステッカーを貼っています。利用者同士が密接、対面しないようにしてください。
  • 新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大防止の観点から、様々な制約を設けておりますが、限られた制約条件の中でも、できるだけ多くの希望者に利用していただくことを考えておりますので、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

6.図書の返却

  1. 返却期限
    現在貸出中の資料、および本サービスを使って貸出される資料は、このサービスの実施期間終了時まで返却期限を延長します。具体的な返却期日についてはサービス終了時にお知らせします(途中で返却することも出来ます。その場合は以下を参照)。
  2. 対象者
    立命館大学に在籍する学部学生・大学院生(研究⽣・研修⽣・法務専修⽣含む) ・教員・職員
  3. 返却方法
    来館して自動貸出返却機で返却手続きを行ってください。
    来館が困難な立命館大学に在籍する学部学生・大学院生(研究⽣・研修⽣・法務専修⽣含む)に限り郵送にて、所属キャンパスにかかわらず下記の4.郵送先にお送りください。
    郵送の際には郵便局または下記URLに記載のコンビニエンスストアにて必ず「ゆうパック(着払い)」(費用は大学で負担)にて送付ください。

Library Usage from September 7

 Since June 1, limited use of the library has been possible through an advance reservation system. However, in consideration of the current usage situation, the advance reservation and rotating usage systems will be suspended. The library may now be used freely during opening hours. The library materials delivery service will continue operations as usual. We kindly request that all users follow the important points regarding library use and continue their efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
 Information regarding library usage after the period below will be posted on the library website at a later date.

1. Implementation Period

Monday, Sep. 7 - Friday, Sep. 25, 2020

2. Eligible Users

Undergraduate students and graduate students (doctoral research students, post-master's research students, homu senshusei [pre-bar exam law school graduates]) enrolled at Ritsumeikan University, faculty, and staff members.

3. Applicable Libraries

Hirai Kaichiro Memorial Library, Shugakukan Research Library, Arts & Humanities Library, Media Center, Media Library, OIC Library, and Suzaku Research Library

4. Opening Hours

Weekdays 10:00-17:00 (closed on weekends and public holidays)

5. Conditions for Visiting the Library (Important)

  • You will not be permitted to enter the building unless you have conducted a self-check of your health beforehand (including a temperature check). A mask must be worn upon entering the building.
  • Please prevent the spread of infection by washing your hands, disinfecting your fingers using alcohol-based sanitizer, etc. after entering/leaving the building as well as after using materials or computer terminals.
  • In order to maintain social distancing, unusable seats are marked with a sticker. Please avoid close contact and face-to-face meetings with other library users.
  • Please understand that, although we have implemented various restrictions in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we hope we have done so in a way that permits as many individuals to use the library as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

6. Returning Materials

  1. Due Date:
    The due date for materials currently on loan and those borrowed through the library materials delivery service will be extended until the end of the implementation period. You will be notified of the specific due date when this service ends. (Materials may be returned during the implementation period. Please refer to the information below.)
  2. Eligible Users:
    Undergraduate students and graduate students (doctoral research students, post-master's research students, homu senshusei [pre-bar exam law school graduates]) enrolled at Ritsumeikan University, faculty, and staff members.
  3. Return Method:
    Please complete return procedures by visiting the library and using the Automated Loan/Return Machine.
    Undergraduate students and graduate students (doctoral research students, post-master's research students, homu senshusei [pre-bar exam law school graduates]) for whom it is difficult to return books to the library in person may send books back to the following mailing address regardless of the campus.
    When mailing materials, please be sure to send them at a post office or one of the convenience stores listed in the following URL using “Yu-Pack (Pay on Delivery).” Postage will be paid by the university.
