【We would like to get your feedback】AY2021 Library User Survey
Every year, the Ritsumeikan University Library conducts a student survey in order to improve the management and services of the Ritsumeikan University libraries.
Based on the feedback we received from surveys conducted up until last year, we have worked to improve the facilities, equipment and services in each library by adding more desks with electrical outlets and replacing furniture (BKC), installing heat insulating film (OIC), and revising library announcements (Kinugasa). In addition, we have also made efforts to expand our collection of books.
Last year and this year, due to the impact of COVID-19, use of the library was greatly restricted. However, we will conduct the survey again this year, collect your answers, and use them to improve library management to the extent possible.
The survey consists of a total of 18 questions Q1 to Q9 are about library services during normal times. Q10 to Q15 are about library services during COVID-19, and Q16 to Q18 are about your satisfaction regarding library services. There is also an open-ended section for your comments. It will take about 5 to 8 minutes to answer the survey.
An analysis of the results will be posted on the library website. Survey responses, including those containing personal information, will not be used for any purposes other than this survey.
