現在、台風が接近しています。
暴風警報・気象等に関する特別警報が発令または交通機関が不通になった場合は、図書館の開館時間を以下のように変更いたします。

≪閉館≫
次のいずれかに該当する場合、その時点で閉館します。
（1）暴風警報・気象等に関する特別警報が以下の地域に出された場合
衣笠・朱雀キャンパス：京都市または京都・亀岡区域
びわこ・くさつキャンパス：草津市または近江南部区域
大阪いばらきキャンパス：茨木市または北大阪区域
びわこ・くさつキャンパス：草津市または近江南部区域
大阪いばらきキャンパス：茨木市または北大阪区域
（2）交通機関が以下の基準で不通になった場合
衣笠・朱雀キャンパス：
京都市営バスが全面的に不通の場合。
京都市営バスが運行中でも、京都市内乗り入れのJR西日本(大阪－草津間)、阪急、京阪、近鉄の4交通機関のうち、3交通機関以上が不通の場合。
びわこ・くさつキャンパス：
JR西日本(京都－米原間)が不通の場合。
近江鉄道バス(南草津駅－キャンパス間)が不通の場合。
大阪いばらきキャンパス：
JR西日本(大阪－草津間)、阪急(梅田－河原町間)）の
2交通機関の両者が不通の場合。
≪開館≫
暴風警報または気象等に関する特別警報が解除された場合または交通機関が開通した場合は、開館日程表の定める時間の範囲内で1時間以内に開館します。ただし、警報の解除または開通が正午以降の場合休館とします。

In the event that a storm warning or an emergency warning is issued or public transportation is suspended, the library operation hours will be rescheduled as listed below.

≪Closing≫
The library will close when either of the following events occurs:
（1）A storm warning is issued for one of the following areas
Kinugasa Campus and Suzaku Campus: the city of Kyoto or the Kyoto and Kameoka district
Biwako Kusatsu Campus: the city of Kusatsu or the Southern Ohmi district
Osaka Ibaraki Campus: the city of Ibaraki or the Northern Osaka district
Biwako Kusatsu Campus: the city of Kusatsu or the Southern Ohmi district
Osaka Ibaraki Campus: the city of Ibaraki or the Northern Osaka district
（2）Public transportation services are suspended according the following conditions
Kinugasa Campus and Suzaku Campus：
Kyoto City Municipal Bus service is suspended throughout Kyoto.
3 or more out of rail services running within Kyoto City (JR West：between Osaka and Kusatsu, Hankyu, Keihan, Kintetsu) are suspended, even if Kyoto City Municipal Bus service is still in operation.
Biwako Kusatsu Campus：
JR West service (between Kyoto and Maibara) is suspended.
Ohmi Railway Bus service (between Minami Kusatsu Sta. and BKC) is suspended.
Osaka Ibaraki Campus：
If both the JR West train service between Osaka and Kusatsu, and Hankyu train service between Umeda and Kawaramachi are suspended.
≪Opening≫
In the event that the storm warning or an emergency warning is lifted by 0:00 p.m. the library will be opened in an hour or less as allowed by the library’s regularly scheduled hours.
(If the warning is lifted after 0:00 p.m. the library will not open.)
