ゴール

異文化交流を通じて、相手の状況や問題を「想像」する力と多文化共生の解決策や面白い未来を「創造」し、「行動」する力を身に着ける事/ Gaining the ability to imagine others situations and problems, create solutions for an multicultural society, and empower the members to take action, through intercultural exchange.

なぜ、このゼミを立ち上げたいのか（思いのたけ）

　去年のゼミでは一人一人が持つ偏見を見つめなおし批判的な視野を身に着ける事で、個人が正しく世界を認識する為の方法論について考えていった。今回のゼミではこれをさらに進展させ、正しい認識だけでなく、個人が世界とどう関わるべきかについて、APUの学生と共に議論したいと考えている。

In last years seminar,we had thought about the methodology in which an individual can correctly recognize their world by reexamining the prejudice each and one of us has. In this seminar, not only will we focus on correcting cognition, but also discuss with the students of APU, how one should interact with their surrounding world.

どんなことに取り組みたいか

グローバル化する現代において、多様な背景を持つ人々と共生し、対話する姿勢が求められている。その中、日本で暮らしていて私たちが当たり前に感じている事は世界では当たり前ではないかもしれない。各国から集まった学生と共に私たちが「当たり前」や「常識」として考える事柄が如何に作られていくかについて議論を重ね、「私」と言う個人が「社会」とどの様に関われるかを明確化させ「社会を変える事」「未来を作る」とはどう言う事であるかをみんなと共に研究したい。
