ゴール

これまでの技術とは何かを理解し、自分と結びつけて考えることができるようになること。そのうえで、未来の技術ありきの社会を創造できるようになること。 To understand what technology has been up until now and be able to connect it with oneself in thinking, and furthermore, to be capable of creating a society driven by future technologies.

使用言語

日本語を基本とする。英語での発言が可能だが、逐次通訳はしない。 Japanese will be the basic language. English may be used, but consecutive interpretation will not be provided.

なぜ、このゼミを立ち上げたいのか（思いのたけ）

情報技術がインフラ化し、AIやロボティクスも産業や生活の一部になっている今、改めてマクロの視点から歴史を見直したい。さらに、その技術史と専攻の交流を知りたいと思った。

I would like to revisit history from a macro perspective, now that information technology has become infrastructure. Also, AI and robotics have become integral parts of industries and everyday life. Furthermore, I'm interested in learning about the exchange between the history of technology and specialized fields.

どんな人たちとゼミに取り組みたいか

・AI史やロボット史に関心が有る方

・自分たちで課題を決められる（何を調べるか決めて、達成できる方）

・調べた内容を視覚情報に要約し、それを用いて話せる方

・Individuals who are interested in the history of AI and robotics.

・Those who can set their own research topics (decide what to investigate) and achieve them.

どんなことに取り組みたいか

技術の歴史の中で、自分が今どこにいるのか、あるいは自分が研究しているものが歴史のどこに位置づけられ、相互作用しているのかを調査し、最終的には年表にまとめたい。分野や世代をまたぐ、「共通言語としての技術」について、体系的に理解する。全8回のうち2回メンターの先生からFBをうけ、1回は年表作成に詳しい人物をゲストスピーカーに招き、成果発表に向けて精度を上げる予定。

I want to investigate where I am currently positioned in the history of technology, or how the subject I am researching is situated and interacting within that history. Ultimately, I would like to compile this information into a timeline. I aim to gain a systematic understanding(or comprehensive understanding) of "technology as a common language" that transcends fields and generations. Throughout the eight sessions, I will receive feedback twice from the mentor, and for one session, I plan to invite a guest speaker knowledgeable in timeline creation to improve the accuracy in preparation for the final presentation.
