世界一周でBeyond Borders! いろいろな国や地域から、環境問題解決の糸口を探そう。

ゴール

本ゼミの目標は、環境問題について知識やスキルを身につけ、啓発活動を行うことで問題の解決に貢献することである。また、メンバーの達成すべきゴールとしては、①環境問題についての理解を深める②人とのつながりを持ち活用できる③目標達成のためのグループワークやコミュニケーション能力の向上を図ることが挙げられる。 The goal of this seminar is to acquire knowledge and skills regarding environmental issues and contribute to their resolution through awareness-raising activities. Additionally, the members have three main goals to achieve: 1) deepening their understanding of environmental problems, 2) establishing and utilizing connections with others, and 3) enhancing their group work and communication skills to achieve the set objectives.

頻度

第2クォーター（8/2～9/27)　毎週月曜日21:00から基本はオンライン上の活動であるが、都合によっては対面もありうる。ゼミ発案者の滞在地と日本との時差を考慮し、時間帯は変動する可能性がある。本ゼミは2023年第一クォーターから第4クォーターまで活動します。 The seminar will take place during the 2nd quarter (from August 2nd to September 27th) every Monday at 21:00. While the primary mode of activity is online, there may be some in-person sessions depending on circumstances. Considering the time difference between the seminar originator's location and Japan, the schedule might be subject to changes.This seminar will be active from the 1st quarter to the 3rd quarter of 2023.

使用言語

日本語を基本とする。英語での発言が可能だが、逐次通訳はしない。 Japanese will be the basic language. English may be used, but consecutive interpretation will not be provided.

なぜ、このゼミを立ち上げたいのか（思いのたけ）

環境問題の解決と一言で表してもその方法はいろいろあります。パートナーシップはその第１歩です。そのためには、異文化、異なる境遇にあるものの相互理解が欠かせません。この点、発案者は現在世界一周の旅に出ています。普段触れることのできない海外での情報、特に、現地の国柄・土地柄によって特色のある情報が活用できます。これらをゼミの活動を通して環境問題にとりくむ研究や情報発信に用いたいと考えました。

You can study various solutions for environmental problems. We focused on partnerships, which require understanding among people from different cultures and circumstances. The originator of this seminar is currently on a journey for his WORLD TRIP, during which you can study using unique information from overseas, particularly about the characteristics of different places and countries. We hope to utilize this information for studying and posting about environmental problems in this seminar.

どんな人たちとゼミに取り組みたいか

どんなことに取り組みたいか

本ゼミの発案者は現在、環境問題に関する意識に基づいた「世界一周」を敢行中であり、その様子を各種SNSやYouTubeから配信しています。そして本ゼミは、以下のような関係性によって運営されます。

ゼミ参加者：

・研究の仲間に出会う。研究に役立つ話を聞く。

・研究に役立つ「ミッション」を、実際に世界一周をしている発案者にお願いできる！

ゼミ発案者：

・活動の仲間に出会う。活動に役立つ話を聞く。

・活動を手伝ってくれる有志と一緒に世界一周を完遂する！

ゼミのセッションでは、ディスカンションやゲストスピーカーの招聘を通してゼミ全体で目指す問題解決の形を見つけます。最終的な話し合いの内容はyoutubeアカウントの動画に反映していきます。

活動の流れについては以下の通りです。

・メンバーそれぞれの関心のある/やりたい研究について考えます。（「やりたいことベース」で活動を進めていきましょう！）

・定期的に開催する報告会にて1つのテーマ（環境問題）について議論します。（やりたい研究のために、発案者に「ミッション」を提示することができます）

・報告会を運営するための準備を週1のゼミ活動にて行います。（それぞれの研究の状況や、どんなミッションを出したいか等を話し合いましょう！）

・SNSでの広報活動やゲストスピーカー招聘を通して、社会とのつながりを作ります。

（ゼミ発案者は世界一周の旅に出ているので、海外の様子も交えた議論を行いましょう！）

The originator of this seminar is currently undertaking a "World Trip" based on awareness of environmental issues and is broadcasting the journey on various social media platforms and YouTube. The seminar operates through the following relationships:

Seminar Participants → Meet research companions, hear valuable discussions, and request relevant "missions" from the originator who is actually traveling around the world!

Seminar Originator → Meet activity companions, listen to helpful discussions, and successfully complete the world trip with enthusiastic volunteers' assistance!

During the seminar sessions, the entire group aims to find solutions to problems through discussions and guest speaker invitations. The final discussions will be reflected in videos on the YouTube account. The flow of activities is as follows:

Consider the research topics or interests of each member. (Let's proceed with activities based on "what we want to do"!)

Regularly hold reporting sessions to discuss a specific theme (environmental issues). (You can present "missions" to the originator for your desired research.)

Prepare for the reporting sessions during the weekly seminar activities. (Let's discuss the status of each research and the missions you want to propose!)

Establish connections with society through promotional activities on social media and inviting guest speakers. (Since the seminar originator is traveling around the world, let's have discussions that also involve international situations!)
