研究内容

主な研究内容については以下の通り。

国際資本移動の急速な拡大に伴う影響について資本収支危機（アジア危機等）発生リスク抑制のための方策について理論と実証面から検証

先進国・途上国・新興国での為替・資本取引に関する適切な管理・規制の枠組み

国際通貨基金（IMF)・世界銀行の経済プログラム及び運営改革

国際金融体制の安定化のためのフレームワークの提供に資する研究

適切かつ望ましい経済発展の方策・諸政策につき開発金融面を含めた研究

国際金融面を考慮した日本の金融政策の在り方に関する数量的研究

大学院を目指す方へ

私のこれまでの経験（国際機関[UNIDO]、民間シンクタンク[野村総合研究所]、大学における海外経験と研究）を通して培った関係機関・研究機関等のネットワークを活かして大学院生に対し研究指導のみならず、海外調査や交流の領域をさらに広げるよう助力します。国連・国連専門機関（UNDP, UNCTAD, ILO,　UNIDO等）、国際金融機関（IMF,世界銀行、アジア開発銀行[ADB], 米州開発銀行[IADB]）、大学・研究機関（コロンビア大、ブルッキングス研究所等）との交流を進めます。さらに国際機関や民間企業で海外経験豊富な人々を招聘し、講演会・セミナー等開催します。2013年11月には国際機関に関するシンポジウム（IMF,UNHCR,UNIDO経験者3名パネリスト招聘）を企画・開催し好評を博した。私のこれまでの経験（国際機関[UNIDO]、民間シンクタンク[野村総合研究所]、大学における海外経験と研究）を通して培った関係機関・研究機関等のネットワークを活かして大学院生に対し研究指導のみならず、海外調査や交流の領域をさらに広げるよう助力します。国連・国連専門機関（UNDP, UNCTAD, ILO, UNIDO等）、国際金融機関（IMF,世界銀行、アジア開発銀行[ADB], 米州開発銀行[IADB]等）、海外大学・研究機関（コロンビア大、ブルッキングス研究所等）との交流を進めます。さらに国際機関や民間企業で海外経験豊富な人々を招聘し、講演会・セミナー等開催します。2013年11月には国際機関に関するシンポジウム（IMF,UNHCR,UNIDO経験者3名パネリスト招聘）を企画・開催し好評を博しました。 2015年には赤松範隆氏（ADB専門職員・前世界銀行職員）によるアジア地域の協力に関する特別講演、田中由美子JICA国際協力専門員（当時）を招聘し、長年の現場経験に基づく国際協力の課題を学生の関心を高めました。2017年には東京において国際機関（UNDP, ILO, UNIDO, UNHCR等）、政府機関（財務省、外務省、JETRO. JBIC. JICA）、関連機関(野村総合研究所[NRI], 日本格付研究所[JCR])を訪問しブリーフィング及び面談を行う「東京プログラム」を実施しました。

私は「東京プログラム」（Tokyo Study Program）のコーディネートをおこなっています。これは在東京主要な国際機関（国際通貨基金[ＩＭＦ]，世界銀行、国連大学、国連工業開発機関[UNIDO、アジア開発銀行[ADB]、ＡＤＢ研究所、国連高等難民弁務官事務所[UNHCR]等）、政府機関（外務省、ＪＥＴＲＯ、国際協力銀行[JBIC]、国際協力機構 [JICA]等)、野村総合研究所、野村資本市場研究所等）を訪問し、専門家からそれぞれの機関の役割・機能に加え最近の重要な変化などについてブリーフィングを受け、質疑応答を含む研修プログラムです。本プログラムは毎年9月ごろに実施いたします。本プログラムは英語にて行われますので、興味のある方は御参加ください。
