2026年10月27日（火）に、公開での全学協議会が開催されます。
立命館の教職員・学部学生・院生の皆さんは各会場にて傍聴が可能ですので、以下をご確認のうえ、
ぜひご参加ください。
全学協議会とは
学生・院生と大学（常任理事会）が大学づくりについて議論する場です。
1948年から続いている、全構成自治にもとづく立命館大学独自の仕組みです。
2026年度に開催される全学協議会に向けて、RS学園通信を発行し、説明動画を公開していますので以下のURLよりご確認ください。

全学協議会は朱雀キャンパスにて開催されますが、各キャンパスに傍聴席を設けています。

[Event Announcement] The First Plenary Council AY 2026
The first Plenary Council for AY 2026 will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
Ritsumeikan University faculty, staff, undergraduate students, and graduate students are welcome to observe the meeting at the designated venue on each campus. Please see the details below and join us.
About the Plenary Council
The Plenary Council of Ritsumeikan University provides a forum for undergraduate and graduate students to discuss university development with the University administration, represented by the Executive Board of Trustees. Established in 1948, it is a system unique to Ritsumeikan University and is founded on the principle of university-wide self-governance involving all members of the University community.
In preparation for the Plenary Council meetings to be held in AY 2026, we have published the RS Campus Newsletter and released explanatory videos. Please visit the links below for more information.

The Plenary Council will be held at Suzaku Campus. Viewing rooms will also be available on the other campuses.
