Microeconomics, econometrics, public economics

I research in microeconomics theory with application to the various issues in public economics, mainly including education, health and labor market. I also apply micro-econometric model and methodology to analyze these issues. I am particularly interested in analyzing and designing mechanisms that can yield desirable policy outcomes. In my papers, I analyze student-level data from schools to provide policy guidance on how government should design mechanisms to assign students to schools.
