"My researches focus on the following three themes: (1) the change of space law structure with the retrenchment of international public services and the development of private space law, (2) international legal regime of nano-technology and of biotech- nology, (3) the analyses of the global governance and global law with trans-constitu- tionalism from the viepoint of autopoiesis.
