Monetary Economics, International Finance

I specialize in monetary economics and international finance, in particular, central banking, policy design, and financial crisis. My research approach is based on my external work experience at the Bank of Japan, International Monetary Fund, and the World Bank. I thus consider myself as a central banking practitioner with a certain degree of academic background.
