Mr. Suzuki Kentaro and Ms. Kobayashi Mai, from the agricultural business, was invited as guest lecturer at the Professional Workshop (English class: led by Pr. Wanxue Lu).
We invite Mr. Suzuki Kentaro and Ms. Kobayashi Mai, from the agricultural business to the professional workshop today. Mr. Suzuki and Ms. Kobayashi discussed about business that utilize the uniqueness of Kyoto’s farmers in terms of creating organic vegetables. By setting up the Kyoto Organic Action (KOA), the speaker aims to create a more sustainable way for citizens of Kyoto prefecture to produce and consume safe and nutritious organic vegetable. They suggested that we should all become activists in the social issues that we care about on top of our own individual professions.
