（1）図書の郵送貸出（返却）サービスを実施しています。

オンライン授業など来館が困難な立命館大学に在籍する学部学生・大学院生（研究生・研修生・法務専修生含む）を対象に、図書の郵送サービスを実施継続しています。図書館の資料はhttps://www.ritsumei.ac.jp/lib/a01/050/に基づき貸出が可能です。

【貸出申込方法】

• MyLibraryの「予約・取寄せ」で利用を希望する資料を予約してください。
• 予約時には「受取カウンター設定」で「郵便」を選択してください。
• 連絡方法の「通信欄」を選択して、郵便番号（数字7桁のみ）と送付先住所を入力してください。
• 記載住所に不備（郵便番号、番地や部屋番号の記入漏れ等）があれば、本人」に照会するため時間を要します。記入に不備がないよう十分確認してください。
• 館内利用、貸出中など一部貸出不可の資料があります。
• 貸出条件を超える貸出（大学院生100冊、学部学生20冊）はできません。

　1回あたり10冊まで

【発送方法】
　ゆうパック又は宅急便（6/1発送分より）（費用は大学で負担）
　迅速対応に努めていますが、依頼が殺到した場合、発送作業が遅れる可能性があります。あらかじめご承知おきください。

【返却方法】
　オンライン授業のみなど来館が困難な立命館大学に在籍する学部学生・大学院生（研究生・研修生・法務専修生含む）に限り、下記宛先への図書の宅急便、郵送による返却を受け付けています。着払い宅急便の際には同封している着払い伝票をご利用いただき、宅急便取扱所または宅急便取扱コンビニエンスストアにて送付してください。郵送の際には郵便局または下記URLに記載のコンビニエンスストアにて必ず「ゆうパック（着払い）」（費用は大学で負担）にて送付ください。

（2）オンライン授業の受講が可能

　図書館の閲覧座席でオンライン授業を受けることが可能です（ご自身のPCまたは貸出用PCと、ご自身のヘッドフォンをご用意ください）。
　発話をともなうオンライン授業については、ぴあらやセミナールームで受けることが可能です。発話をともなわないオンライン授業については、一般の閲覧室で受けることが可能です。一般閲覧室での受講にあたっては静粛性の確保など周囲への配慮をお願いします。

（3）シラバス指定図書を含む電子書籍、データベース等が自宅からでも利用可能

　図書館が購入している電子書籍は学習に利用できる学術書が中心で、シラバスで指定された教科書や参考書も一部含まれています。みなさんが個人のパソコンやスマートフォン等からそれらを閲覧したり、ダウンロードして利用することも可能です。例えば『Maruzen eBook Library』は1万タイトル以上の電子書籍がダウンロード可能で、これに加えて5万タイトル以上の電子書籍の試読も可能です。
　また学習や就職活動等に役立つデータベース等も数多く利用することができます。例えば『日経テレコン21』は過去30年分の「日本経済新聞」をはじめとする新聞記事等の全文検索が可能で、企業情報を調べることもできます。『聞蔵IIビジュアル』では朝日新聞やAERA、週刊朝日等の記事を検索することができます。

• 来館前の各自での健康チェック（検温を含む）が済んでいなければ、入館することはできません。入館利用する際にはマスクの着用も必須です（ただし、感覚過敏等でマスク着用出来ない学生については、学生オフィスにもご相談の上、カウンターにお申し出ください）。
• 入館・退館時、資料および検索端末の利用後には手洗い、アルコールでの手指消毒を行うなど、感染予防に努めてください。
• 座席はソーシャルディスタンスを保つため、使用できない席にステッカーを貼っています。使用できない座席への着席、椅子の移動をしないようにしてください。また、利用者同士が密接、対面しないようにしてください。
• 利用できる閲覧座席には、QRコード（立命館接触状況把握システム）が貼付されています。利用の際、スマートフォンでの読み取りにご協力ください。
• ぴあらでは一切の飲食を禁止します。（ふた付き飲料、平井嘉一郎記念図書館でのタリーズコーヒーも不可）
• 館内が混雑した場合には入館を制限することがありますので、ご理解ください。

Regarding Library Operation and Services (April 16, 2021)

　Although Ritsumeikan University’s BCP level has been raised to BCP Level 3 from April 15, 2021 (link is in Japanese only), there are no changes to the library’s operation/services at this time. The summary of library operation and services is as follows.

【How to Apply to Borrow Materials】

• Please reserve the materials you wish to use through “Reserve/Request” in MyLibrary.
• When reserving, please select “Mail" in the “Receive Counter” settings.
• Select “Communication column” under “Please appoint an Address” and enter the postal code and shipping address.
• If there are any errors in the address (e.g., missing postal code/ street number/ room number, etc.), it will take time to confirm with you. Please make sure that there are no errors in your entry.
• Some materials such as reference books and books presently on loan may not be available for loan.
• You cannot borrow more than the borrowing limit (100 books for graduate students, 20 books for undergraduate students).

　The library staff are doing their best to respond promptly, but if there are a large number of requests, please be advised that shipping may be delayed.

（2）Students can take online classes.

　You can take online classes from one of the library’s reading seats (though please bring your own PC, or a rental PC, and your own headphones).
　Online classes that involve talking can be taken in PIARA and in the seminar rooms. Online classes that do not involve talking can be taken in a regular reading room. When attending classes in a regular reading room, please be considerate of those around you by being quiet, etc.

（3）E-books including books designated in syllabi, databases, etc., can be used from home (i.e., off campus).

　Most of the e-books purchased by the library are academic books that can be used for studies, and included among those are some textbooks and reference books designated by course syllabi. You can also browse, download and read them on your PC or smartphone. For example, the “Maruzen eBook Library” has over 10,000 e-book titles available for download, plus you can read samples of over 50,000 e-book titles
　You can also utilize many databases that are useful for learning and job hunting. For example, the “Nikkei Telecom 21” database allows you to search through full texts of the past 30 years of newspaper articles from publications like the “Nihon Keizai Shimbun,” and you can also search for information on companies. You can also use the “Kikuzo II Visual” database to search for articles from publications like the Asahi Shimbun, AERA, and Shukan Asahi.

3.Individuals Eligible to Use Services

(Services are not available to the general public, alumni, retired faculty and staff, etc.)

4.Applicable Libraries

5. Important Points Regarding Library Use

• You will not be permitted to enter the building unless you have conducted a self-check of your health beforehand (including a temperature check). Wearing a mask is also required when entering the building (though students who cannot wear masks due to hyperesthesia, etc., should consult with the Office of Student Affairs then notify the library counter staff).
• Please prevent the spread of infection by washing your hands, disinfecting your hands using alcohol-based sanitizer, etc., after entering/leaving the building as well as after using materials or computer terminals.
• In order to maintain social distancing, unusable seats are marked with a sticker. Do not sit in an unusable seat or move seats. Also, please avoid close contact and face-to-face meetings with other library users.
• QR codes (for the Ritsumeikan Contact Tracing System) are affixed to usable reading seats. We ask for your cooperation in scanning the code with your smartphone when using a seat.
• Eating and drinking is prohibited in PIARA. (Beverages with lids as well as beverages from Tully’s Coffee in the Hirai Kaichiro Memorial Library are also prohibited.)
• Please understand that entry to the library may be restricted if the building is crowded.
