6月1日からの図書館開館とサービスについて（Japanese/English）
2020年5月29日 共通 6月1日より図書館を開館します。サービス内容については新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を防止する観点から、やむを得ず制限させていただきますのでご了承ください。また利用にあたり必ず事前の予約が必要です。詳細については、下記の説明をご覧ください。 2020年6月1日（月）～当面の間 立命館大学に在籍する学部学生・大学院生（研究⽣・研修⽣・法務専修⽣含む）・教員・研究系職員 平井嘉一郎記念図書館、修学館リサーチライブラリー、人文系文献資料室、

朱雀リサーチライブラリー 平日10:00～17:00 (土日祝は休館) Ritsumeikan University libraries will open from June 1. However, please note that certain restrictions will be implemented in order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19. In order to use the library, advance reservation will be required. For additional information, see the details below. なお、5月11日より実施している郵送貸出サービスは継続、事前予約による図書・雑誌の取り置きサービスについては、来館する図書館の資料を除き、継続いたします。 1.実施期間

事前予約がない場合は入館ができません。また、滞在時間は予約された最大1時間以内、滞在人数にも上限を設けます。5.利用できるサービス
書架の利用、貸出ができます（館内資料等貸出不可の資料があります）。また資料の確認などに伴う閲覧席の短時間の使用も可能です。平井嘉一郎記念図書館、BKCメディアセンターでは自動書庫の利用も可能です。
館内の端末でのみ利用可能なデータベース、電子ジャーナル、電子書籍および「館内利用」資料の短時間の閲覧 。ただし、貴重書の利用は休止しています。
◎「1.書架の利用」のサービスを利用するには、立命館リザーブサイト（ https://ritsumei-ts.resv.jp/reserve/calendar.php?direct_id=14 ）で来館利用する図書館、日時を予約する必要があります。予約は来館予定日の3日前からです。
引き続き、遠方に居住するため来館利用できないなどの事情のある立命館大学に在籍する学部学生・大学院生（研究⽣・研修⽣・法務専修⽣含む）を対象に本サービスを継続します。公共交通機関を利用しないなどキャンパスの近隣に居住する方は、可能な限り「1.書架の利用」のサービスを利用してください。

※MyLibraryにログインし、「RUNNERS OPAC」蔵書検索結果の画面にある「予約/取寄」から取り寄せ手続きを行ってください。6.来館利用の条件について（重要）

現在貸出中の資料、および本サービスを使って貸出される資料は、このサービスの実施期間終了時まで返却期限を延長します。具体的な返却期日についてはサービス終了時にお知らせします（途中で返却することも出来ます。その場合は以下を参照）。
立命館大学に在籍する学部学生・大学院生（研究⽣・研修⽣・法務専修⽣含む） ・教員・研究系職員
来館して自動貸出返却機で返却手続きを行ってください。図書の返却のみの来館は、事前予約は不要です。
来館が困難な立命館大学に在籍する学部学生・大学院生（研究⽣・研修⽣・法務専修⽣含む） に限り郵送にて、所属キャンパスにかかわらず下記の(4)郵送先にお送りください。
郵送の際には郵便局または下記URLに記載のコンビニエンスストアにて必ず「ゆうパック（着払い）」（費用は大学で負担）にて送付ください。

Library Operations and Services from June 1
In addition to opening the library, we will continue to offer the library materials delivery service that we have been offering since May 11. Please note that the book and journal reservation service will also continue, but cannot be used for materials kept at the library you plan to visit.1.Period

You will be unable to enter the library without a prior reservation. Additionally, you will only be able to reserve a maximum of one hour within the library, and the number of people permitted inside at one time will be limited.5.Available Services
You will be able to access and borrow from the library stacks. (Some materials are cannot be borrowed.) In addition, you will be able to use reading areas for a short time in order to check materials. The automated stack system can be used at the Hirai Kaichiro Memorial Library and BKC Media Center.
Databases, electronic journals, and e-books that are only accessible from library terminals, as well as materials marked for in-library use (non-circulating materials) can be accessed for a short period of time. However, access to rare and valuable books will not be available.
◎In order to use the library stacks you will need to select the library you will visit, and make a date and time reservation using the Ritsumeikan Reservation Website (https://ritsumei-ts.resv.jp/reserve/calendar.php?direct_id=14). Reservations can be made as early as three days before your visit.
This service will be continued for undergraduate and graduate students (including doctoral research students, master's research students, and homu senshusei [pre-bar exam law school graduates] who are enrolled at Ritsumeikan University and are unable to come to the library due to living far away from campus. If you live near campus and do not have to use public transportation, we request that you use the stacks browsing service by visiting the library in person.

Log into My Library and search for your desired materials using the RUNNERS OPAC search function. Choose the desired material from the search results and click the Reserve/Request option. 6.Conditions for Visiting the Library (Important)
7.Returning Materials
The due date for materials currently on loan and those borrowed through this service will be extended until the end of the service period. You will be notified of the specific due date when this service ends. (It is possible to return materials during the service period. Please refer to the information below.)

Please complete return procedures by visiting the library and using the Automated Check-out/ Check-in Machines. If only returning materials, you are not required to make a reservation to enter the library.
If you are an undergraduate or graduate student (includes doctoral research students, post-master's research students, and homu senshusei [pre-bar exam law school graduates]) enrolled at Ritsumeikan University and are unable to come to campus, please send materials to the Mailing Address below regardless of your campus.
When mailing materials, please be sure to send them at a post office or one of the convenience stores listed in the following URL using "Yu-Pack (Pay on Delivery)". Postage will be paid by the university.

2020年度 「研究共通資料」募集について（メール受付追加、5月26日更新）
2020年5月26日 共通2020年度「研究共通資料」の募集について資料を掲載しました。
図書館の臨時休館＜2020年4月8日～5月6日＞（『政府による「緊急事態宣言」発令を踏まえた措置について』（2020年4月7日 学校法人立命館）に基づく対応）により、募集期間を延長しました。
提出方法に「メール」を追加しました。
申請期間：2020年4月1日（水）～ 4月24日（金） 5月29日（金）

電子書籍 試読サービスの延長について
2020年5月14日 共通5万タイトル以上の電子書籍にアクセスできるMaruzen eBook Libraryの試読サービスについて、8月3１日までサービス期間を延長することを決定しました。また2万タイトル以上の電子書籍にアクセスできるKinoDenについても新たに試読サービスを開始し、7月31日まで利用いただけることになりました。学外からMaruzen eBook Library、KinoDenを利用する方法は以下を参照ください。
また立命館大学図書館ではMaruzen eBook LibraryやKinoDen以外にも学外から利用できる電子書籍や新聞などの様々なデータベースを多数用意しています。ご自身の目的に合ったデータベースを是非、ご自宅から利用してみてください。
なお、学外からデータベースを利用する際はVPNによる接続が必要です。現在、学外からの利用が集中し、接続しにくい状態が断続的に発生しています。VPN接続できない場合は、しばらく時間をおいてから再度接続操作を行ってください。また混雑を緩和するため、利用が終わったら必ずVPN接続の終了手続きを行ってください。
図書館の臨時休館継続について（5月11日～当面の間）
2020年5月8日 共通 立命館大学図書館は、「立命館大学全キャンパス入構禁止の延長（2020年5月7日～31日）および5月7日からのWeb授業再開について」（2020年5月4日 学校法人立命館）に伴い、引き続き当面の間、図書館は臨時休館となります。
ただし、5月11日以降、平日10：00～17：00において、事前予約した資料の貸出・複写、貸出資料の返却に限定して下記図書館にて行います。閲覧座席など設備は使用できませんのでご注意ください。
