立命館大学衣笠総合研究機構とヴィストゥラ大学（ポーランド・ワルシャワ）は、2025年10月22日、ヴィストゥラ大学キャンパスにおいて、研究に関する覚書（MoU）を正式に締結しました。この協定は、共同研究プロジェクト、研究活動における学生・教員の交流、会議、文化活動など、今後の協力の枠組みを築くものです。

　調印式には、ヴィストゥラ大学ワヴジニエツ・コナルスキ学長と、立命館大学国際関係学部のアスタ・チャダ准教授が出席しました。
　また、チャダ准教授はヴィストゥラ大学の国際関係学専攻の学生に向けて特別講義を行い、同大学のバルバラ・クラティウク助教授とともに、この協定に基づき最初の共同研究プロジェクトを開始しました。

　この新たなパートナーシップは、立命館大学がヨーロッパの主要な学術機関との関係を強化し、重要な異文化間対話を促進するとともに、共同教育・研究プロジェクトの発展に寄与するものです。

Kinugasa Research Organization at Ritsumeikan University (Kyoto, Japan) and Vistula University (Warsaw, Poland) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for research on October 22, 2025, at the Vistula University campus. This agreement establishes a framework for future collaboration, including joint research projects, student and faculty exchange in research activities, conferences, and cultural activities.

The signing was attended by the Vistula University Rector Dr. Wawrzyniec Konarski and Ritsumeikan University faculty Dr. Astha Chadha.
Dr. Chadha also delivered guest lectures to International Relations students at Vistula University and began the first joint research project under this cooperation with Dr. Barbara Kratiuk (Vistula University).

This new partnership strengthens Ritsumeikan University's engagement with leading academic institutions in Europe, fostering crucial intercultural dialogue and developing joint educational and research projects."
