International Food Culture Research Support
We have worked on the research project about Chinese food culture by cooperating with Ritsumeikan University of Research Center for Gastronomic Arts and Sciences. In response to the strategic importance of "food" as a culture and the growing international interest in food culture research, we aim the formation of international empitical studies and international outgoing base for Chinese food culture through a comparative study, historical research, accumulation of food culture survey data and so on.
