including 192 IR Major, 43 GS Major, and 3 JDP students.
At the College of IR Undergraduate Graduation Ceremony, Ritsuko Kawamura, Dean of College of IR
delivered a commencement address “I look forward to your further growth and success with the IR Kokkan mindset”.
