You can check your Graduation / Completion Status (including Expected) and Certification Program Results on CAMPUS WEB. However, students enrolled in doctoral programs will be notified by their administrative office.
* “Expected Graduation/Completion” refers to a status in which a student is expected to satisfy the requirements for graduation or completion. Students must meet the conditions established by their respective college or graduate school. For details on the criteria for expected graduation/completion, please refer to the Academic Handbook of your college or graduate school.

RAINBOW USER ID and IT services can be used while you are a student at Ritsumeikan University. After the availability period, you will not be able to access IT services or retrieve data, so please take the following actions by the end of September. ・Backup the data in email, OneDrive, Teams, GakuNin RDM, etc. ・Change the administrator of the mailing list. ・Sign out from Windows PC and Teams ・Uninstall software distributed by the university

For Students Whose Graduation/Completion Status Is "Fail"

If you are taking any courses of Summer intensive” or “Spring & Summer”, your graduation status may change due to the grade announcement for Summer Intensive Courses.

Distribution of Registration Confirmation Labels

Students whose registration confirmation labels expire on September 25, 2026 must obtain a new Registration Confirmation Labels. The new labels will be distributed at the Manabi Station on your campus.

Conditions Pertaining to Tuition Payable by Students whose Total Enrollment Period Exceeds the Standard Enrollment Period (Undergraduate Students Only)

Tuition for the applicable semester for students who meet all necessary conditions will be one half of the usual fee for the relevant semester. Please see the Academic Handbook(For All Undergraduate Students) for more details. Also, please refer to CAMPUS WEB or the following URL for your tuition amount.
