タイでチュラロンコン大学・タマサート大学・立命館大学の学生が参加する研究セミナーを開催しました（越智 萌ゼミ）
2026年7月28日から8月5日にかけて越智 萌先生とゼミ生4名がタイを訪問。
7月31日に立命館大学・タマサート大学・チュラロンコン大学の3大学の教員と学生が参加する研究セミナー「現代国際法・公法における諸課題」を開催しました。
セミナーは、チュラロンコン大学Papawadee Tanodomdej教授による開会挨拶の後、3大学の教員による学術交流セッションを実施。
午後からは越智ゼミの3名の学生による1人15分の研究発表が行われ、参加者との討論が行われました。

テーマ：Viability of Clarifying an Obligation to Refugee Status Determination Procedures Through Contentious Litigation at the International Court of Justice
今回のセミナーは、Papawadee Tanodomdej先生 (Assistant Professor, Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University)、Lasse Schuldt 先生(Assistant Professor, Faculty of Law, Thammasat University)のご協力で開催することができました。
今回のタイ訪問で得た貴重な経験と学びを個々の卒業研究やオープンゼミナール大会での研究発表に繋げていきます。
